So California has an old and outdated law that requires citizens to show a form of identification before they can conduct a business transaction? Gov Brown should get on this immediately. If you don't need an ID to vote why in the world would you need one to withdraw funds from your account.

It did take a while to get his new ID as there was a line of illegal aliens getting their State driver's licenses with no other form of identification.
