SOH is a not for profit advocating UCMJ reform relating to sexual assault. 60% of all prisoners in military correction facilities are sex offenders. The military has created kangaroo courts out of court-martial proceedings much the way Title IX created them on college campuses.

contact your congress man about it every letter helps

talk to your local VFW or American Legion those groups have a lot of pull with lawmakers. I like your hat.
