Russia gives North Korea another way on to the internet. They have their interest, we have ours and they are unsurprisingly not the same.

North Korea has developed a near perfect propaganda machine that is slowly weakening. They have had 60 years of isolation to grow a culture in a bubble. Even the internet is severely regulated to block out outside news. I think I read NK only have access to 6 websites or something. According to NK "news" the Un family are perfect humans that don't even need to use the bathroom. And I would bet most North Koreans don't know any better to argue otherwise. Another access point to the world of information known as the internet, may not be all that bad of a thing.
