I have not heard about this one. Legal would play ball with you on unusual request. I only did it once but it was for the benefit of a Airman in our Sqd. I was a 1st SGT at the time.

I don't think that person stayed in the military so there is nothing a military court could do to them. Most accusers get out and collect disability from the VA for PTSD especially if they are from a training status.
