While these spoiled "...social justice 'warriors' / athletes ..." have every right to protest and disrespect the Flag and the National Anthem; I also have the same unalienable right to view their actions as abhorrent and worthy of derision and contempt.

I once supported them through viewership; no longer! Had I any memorabilia, I'd burn it too.

What are they protesting, exactly? The players are at their place of work, on paid time if you will, and they are protesting something, but I don't think it's their pay or work conditions or anything related to their job. What do they hope to change?

Most of them have no idea, I think this last round was a slap at Trump. Look at Colin K. his protest made no sense at all, he was just being used by some one whispering in his ear and he was dumb enough to fall for it.

Their reason for protesting is not nearly as important to reporters as the fact that the protests themselves are creating a ruckus. Now the POTUS is involved...great. The media will feed off of this for as long as possible and we may never know what the underlying issues are.
