Yes, he must stay on the lefts enemy list unless he denounces Trump and any involvement with him. He must come out and make unambiguous comments against Trump in order to be able to be spoken to or acknowledged as a human being.
The Emmy Awards is a liberal festival of attack on anything they disagree with and even allowing Spicer a part in a comedy skit is blasphemy. The Hollywood crowd has lost it and they are hopelessly lost in the wilderness.

SP5 Christine Conley - Trump does not have Gala's where celebrities line up to take shots at him under the auspices of an awards show which is little more than a political event with trophies handed out to the most offensive.
Trump may hold rallies but they are political events organized and paid for as political events and not positioned as anything else.
