On hotel video, Kenneka Jenkins last seen alive staggering through kitchen

Another tragedy in Chicago, a 19 yr old woman, Kenneka Jenkins, was found dead in a hotel freezer on Sun 9/10. The circumstances surrounding her death have caused a stir whether it was an accident or a homicide. The police have yet to release any details. The washington post states two people checked in the hotel on Thurs 9/7 with a fraudulent credit card and stolen IDs. I'm assuming the victim was sharing the room with these individuals. It's not mentioned anywhere if the hotel knew her real name and identity.

Why does the camera footage show the victim disappearing around the corner to the freezer at 0232 hrs, but the police state there is other footage showing her wandering the hotel at 0320 hrs?

Why did the victims friends wait 3 hours to notify the victims mother they "lost track of her?"

The victim mothers states her daughter can't handle alcohol and gets tipsy after one beer, but the victim is only 19 years old?
"Martin asked if police could review surveillance footage from the hotel. She said she was worried because her daughter, who had a light tolerance for alcohol, had evidently been drinking — "One cup is too much for her" — and that the teen wasn't the type to disappear." (chicagotribune.com)

Why did the victims family wait until 1800 hrs to search for her? 14 hours after friends lost track of her and 5 hours after the police filed a missings report?

Why didn't police allow the victims mother to see her body in the freezer?

Why wasn't anyone working in the kitchen on Saturday when there was a party being held at the hotel?
