Sgt Wayne Wood Cant take responsibility for her own actions. It must be someone else's fault that she said those divisive things.

I wonder if she blames someone else for the fact that she has to go eat, pee and poop?

Alex Jones' gay frogs compelled her to say those things... I read about it from those high up government sources that are too secret to be named...

I would submit that it is highly likely that the school has an ethics and conduct clause in their contracts, allowing the removal of faculty that put the school in a negative light.
I'd also wager that the college didn't suddenly acquire a conscience. More likely, a major donor suggested that the gravy train might stop if they didn't address this.

Colleges/Universities are, first and foremost, money-making institutions. Forget what you hear about "education" & "scholarship"

what kind of ethics are you talking about? Aristotle's politics and Ethics... most people don't even know who he is....

Cpl Benjamin Long - in this instance, an ethics clause would be in the contract that the professor has with the university - a situation where a violation can result in termination or removal from tenure, or suspension of some sort.
Aristotle is way beyond the thinking on campus these days. Thumbs up for the reference.

Wow. I wonder if these consequences were what she wanted all along. Certainly any organization has the right to exclude anyone from one of their events, but there is a price for that. If they were concerned about hecklers or resistance it should be considered, but excluding anyone should be considered carefully. If it is for security and safety reasons that is valid, but if it's because you don't want to hear any dissenting opinions that is wrong. It contradicts the freedoms they claim to represent.
