Biracial New Hampshire Boy Hurt in Attempted Lynching?

I don't recall New Hampshire being a southern state...

I will say this, there are cruel youth lacking in empathy all around us. I remember the teens taunting the disabled man as he drowned. This is more very sad stuff.

This is wrong on so many levels. Beyond any racial issues you still have teenagers doing something like this to an EIGHT year old. What kind of people raise their kids to be this brutal at such a young age?
