22 push-ups and 44 sit-ups (I was behind on the sit-ups). They are not pretty, nor are they regulation, but they were my best, and so it's a job well done. Plus, I'm getting stronger and more determined to get this lung transplant out of the way and return to my old self physically.
You're never beaten until you give up or die; everything in between is just fightin, and fightin's fun! LOL.
