The worst thing to do is to underestimate the enemy. Although we have not seen them test one, does not mean they don't have one. Punggye-ri underground nuclear test site is most likely in stand-by mode waiting on orders. What would be a perfect time for a test? 9 Sept which is their National Day (holiday) or perhaps 9-11. Yup. I saw something on the USGS site, then on news. We won't fully know if it was an H-Bomb or not until we get air samples and other data. Kimmie may be losing it or trying to pick a fight. If we hit them first, China will step in on their side. If they hit first, then China will be neutral. Kimmie knows this.
