This little F&$@tard walked into the library here and shot 6 people killing 2.
The cops didn't even get to shoot him. He surrendered with a smerk on his face according witnesses.
I guess him still being alive he might say why!

Dam, not a lot of information, and with Harvey going on I don't expect to see this on the headline news. Thanks for the share. I hope they end up frying the guy too bad about the two he killed.

They have released his name and the victims names, but keeping a fair amount close to the chest because he is a 'minor' 16 years old.
All we have heard is he walked into the Library and just started shooting without saying anything.
It is too bad about who was killed, they were employees of the library the younger one read to the children. It will be tough to get that program back together while at the same time explaining to the kids what happened.
