History is filled with racism, but this is the 21st century and we as a human race should've put this all behind us starting with our grandfathers/mothers. But to frame up a statue of a controversial era so people can glorified their hatred is not only demoralizing, it's unacceptable in terms of promoting race equality. I don't think I've ever seen a statue or monument glorifiying Hitler or anyone in the Third Reich teaching us about its history. Because the only history it will teach is of hatred, oppression, destruction, and death. It only belongs in history books and museums.

Maj William W. "Bill" Price - No there isn't except for the fact that the white supremacists fly both flag at their rally. I guess people is more concerned about the people protesting the hate group than the hate group themselves, this speaks volume about the priority of Americans and it is truly deafening.

Maj William W. "Bill" Price - Yes, I'm sure you are disgusted by the white supremacist movement. Only missing factor is that you support the same bigot who empowers them as well as you're more concerned about the people who protest those hate group than the hate group themselves.

Maj William W. "Bill" Price - Bill, I'm not putting words in your mouth, you seems to be doing that for me with your comment. I'm just trying to understand your point of view since it lacks details.
