Where's Child Protective Services when they are really needed?

Who in their right mind allow their kid to be named a spoof of lactating?
Whether the kid is a little fairy or not its not an appropriate name.
P.s by calling him a fairy I see it as no less offensive than calling someone a queer or any of the lgbt labels if they do not wish to be!

As a Mom I'm simply appalled. This is completely inappropriate behavior for a child. Sorry, his parents win the bad parenting award.
