Jihadism back from the dead in Southeast Asia

Good overall read from Zach that looks across SE Asia. Really good points in this - particularly the Rohingya pieces as well as the prison ones. I am not so sure on the final portion though - I think that is the AQ model... and this --- is different. We shall see if it goes bad for the local area or the globe.
