I did a patrol on MJ Vallejo, SSBN 658 Blue that had Trident D4 missiles (I cannot confirm or deny what varieties or loadouts).

I truly hope that we never launch a live warhead D5. The SSGN varieties of the boomers with Tomahawks are much more likely to be used, although in reality, they aren't all that necessary. Given the cruise range of Tomahawks, most ships carrying them could launch them and scoot, with little chance of counter fire from their intended targets, and they carry far more missiles and are reloadable while deployed.
