Another one to add to my heroes & inspiration list. Shot by a car thief. The shot shattered her hip & destroyed the main artery & severely damaged 2 Femoral arteries. After 20 months of recovery, she passed her physical & rejoined the 150th Security Forces Squadron.

Its good to hear of a Law Enforcement officer that not only survived this firearms attack but didn't give up and came back to full duty and physical performance. That was a lot to overcome but She did. The best wishes to Her in both the Sheriff's position and as a Member of the 150th Security Forces Squadron.
