Transition assistance classes were some of the most beneficial class I've taken throughout my entire military career. I felt that the resources that were offered and available greatly improved my resume-writing, professional description, objective statements, and educated me on how to transition from passive words to action words. There is a ton of information out there and I would've never been able to retain it all from one sitting.
I've attended a few classes--that I knew would be vital in expanding my civilian career--more than once and I've been extremely successful in obtaining multiple job offers post-application. I think it's a no-brainer that attending training more than once is beneficial when preparing for something. If we're preparing for a career transition from baseball to soccer, it helps that we run soccer drills more than once.
