So after reading other sources, the bottomline is a woman has to choose to pay more for insurance that will cover non-emergent abortions as result of rape or incest and that is even if they can find an insurer that offers that supplemental coverage. So the financial burden is indeed on the woman and her family.
Okay then can we do the same for elective medical procedures for men. I don't want to pay for some guys vasectomy or fertility tests or prostate exams. Those should be elective non-emergent options where they pay more than me cause their problems or concerns don't effect me. Just saying.

That was exactly my thought. Especially since it's Texas. I mean damn, of all the states, you'd think Texas would be the first one to go "Alright missies, here you go" and just provide them a free anti-rapist accessory kit (that's a gun and holster, folks).
