7 years of staying that they have a better solution and it turns out that it was all just talking points the betrayal I feel is immense.

The only "payment" is due in 2018 when we make them pay for breaking the most important promise ever made by politicians.

[~755037: The only hope is if the conservative base is sufficiently vocal so that some of these Republican lamers get challenged ... and defeated ... in the primaries. Otherwise, unless the Dem opponent is sufficiently "Blue Dog," it's a lose - lose proposition for the voter.

That would only hold the line, if suitable R were elected. The leadership, if not so incompetent, has a big club, Chairmanships and committee memberships. Isolate them until they see the light. Also, the right hasn't had anyone with communication skills since Reagan. That was proven in spades when they couldn't get public support for replacing the moribund ACA.
