Congress fights US Navy in order to keep iconic peacoat

When they say "rain parka" I hope they mean foul weather gear. A yachtsman's foul weather gear (based on the gear worn by fishermen) makes a helluva lot more sense than the peacoat (designed how long ago?). As for Congress: Butt out! Any group that can craft something as inane as the ACA and then keep it, shouldn't be trusted to comment on real issues...

Why would congress care, they need to spend their time on better things.

congress needs to be focused on more important issues; the budget next year for example.
