CPT Jack Durish I believe that there is no right to censor it if it is in the public domain. Given that the basic site is free of charge, it is generally looked at as the public domain since anyone can access it. Now, if there were charges to post something, then they could claim a right to censorship as it is now a private market where "space" has to be purchased.
The beauty of the First Amendment Freedom of Speech is that the speaker is also free to suffer the consequences of their exercise of said freedom of speech.
