Fired submarine commander to face charges

Jeez... I remember an incident when I was on USS SHENANDOAH. The CDO walked into the XO's cabin to find him in bed with the Medical Officer (Female LT). He had been previously warned by the skipper to knock off that relationship. Both were married to others. He got fired and punished. His wife left him. She and the kids ended up paying for his misconduct. Truly sad.

Well, it happens in all areas of the Navy as well as other services. We are picked to lead men and women in high-stress situations and often forget how much we are human and not what people think we are if we believe the hype. Some leaders cannot handle the pressure and seek ways to relieve it that are not appropriate to their positions. A few get caught.

Yes, there is a lack of information, but do we really need more? Leader overstepped and got caught stepping on his/her own genitals. BT/AR.

Such a shame that he got so far to command a boomer and he does this stupid thing.
