Big mistake, our budget is thin enough with out delivery of sex change hormones and procedures.

In a related story, the Commandant stated that all Trans members had been called to say that they were safe. After spending a career in the Coast Guard, I wouldn't be surprised at all if these service members didn't get calls from the Commandant himself.

According to reports there are 17 known members of that segment of the USCG. Makes it much easier than when you have a few thousands. But, admittedly, a commendable gesture.
