In the long run taxpayers pick up the tab, and this is such a small amount, by government, standards that I would not worry about it as long as they stay within the law.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel The telling thing about this is that finally congress people on both sides are standing up and saying enough is enough. Donald Trump is succeeding in bringing congressional folk together across the aisle as it were. Not over some ground breaking legislation that is great for the American People, but in defense of themselves against a President who cyber bullies his own cabinet. If Trump wants to end the Russia probe then he needs to put on his big boy pants, fire both of them, and see where the chips fall. Some have speculated that Trump will wait until congress is in recess to fire sessions so he can appoint someone new without congressional confirmation. He can do that legally, but if he does, it will be the last of his initiatives that passes. When McCain went onto the floor of the Senate and said that they were Trump's equals not his subordinates, that tells me that the congress may be starting to look at it as an us against him scenario. If they can agree on certain things, then even if Trump vetoes those items, they can override the veto.

That's nice, I wish they could find time to draft a bill that could help the American people. Say maybe health care or tax relief. A bunch of scumbags on both sides.
