They did the same thing with their weapon elevators and are having to rip those out because they only work while the ship is stationary. As soon as it starts moving at sea they fail.

AN (Join to see) You must wait thirty minutes after eating to Elevate aircraft? Wait no that is swimming. Um another one of those things that should have been working before the Navy accepted delivery.
