Made for a Animal rescue I work with... They had a Charity auction and needed items to "auction off"
So I made this guy... One of the members won it, and now it is the "Central Texas Lost and Found Mascot"

Anytime is good to learn how to weld, my older brother learned how in his 60's, and benefits from it doing projects and what he needs to have done.
Lucky for him, his younger brother, ME", used to be the welding training leader at the Naval Ship Repair Facility for welding.
He comes by when he needs a question answered, just last Sunday he showed up dropping off some fish, and traded it for Aluminum wire from me, 40-43 case alum, and 30-36 for structural welding. Think, I got the better of the deal. Lol
One thing I found out welding helps, when you need a tool to ease the job, just weld yourself what you need, I have tools that I , "Motherfied", in the 70's and still use today fixing my cars.
And, there will always be metals for many years, I always told the apprentices learning welding, "If you look at welding as an art, then you'll enjoy welding more, and the ideas will be vast to come". "
The gate to anything is one's imagination".
