This has got to be one of the dumbest laws on the Planet.
"Texas’ family code, chapter 161, states that even if one is not the biological father, they still owe support payments that accrued before the paternity test proved otherwise"
So some women says your the dad and they tag you with back child support you prove your not and STILL have to pay? How is that justice? How about the court go after the Mother for false official statement? She lied about who the dad is to sucker some man out of money he is using to raise his actual kids.

I feel so rotten for starting to laugh. Look what the Modernized Country is creating,,, Birth Rates are at historic lows. Why would the younger men want children after growing up seeing what happens. To young men having children are looked at with added costs (Divorce, child support or if your in Texas pay for children that are not yours). Meaning the price to having relations with a female is to then pay her for 20 years. More men are opting away from this. What does that mean? Well to maintain a population size it requires 2.3 children per female. So the Modernized Country without immigration is shrinking/becoming smaller in population size. Well we are a land of immigrants so maybe it's par for course.
