Once again we can say "Never was so much owed to so many by so few" And the numbers owed grow ever so much smaller as veterans of past conflicts die and today's conflicts demand sacrifices by so few that the many are unaware of them. Of course, a vigorous Fifth Estate (journalists) could correct this but they are too focused on the Leftist agenda to care about real news.

We haven't been at 'war' in nearly a decade. The previous administration removed 'war' from its official stance in the Spring of 2009. But, I get what the author is saying and there's a lot of truth there.
