WTF? So they want to seize assets without any proof of a crime being committed? Something sounds fishy here. I suspect this will be a big play in those states that have legalized marijuana, which is still illegal in federal laws.

See. Even we can agree on a topic 1 out of 20 tries. Haha! Yes, seizing private property before a conviction is reprehensible and will only continue to destroy the credibility of our justice system at this rate. Unacceptable.

I've never understood how this was ever Constitutional. The conflicts of interest for the officers taking the items are large as they generally benefit the department doing the taking.
