The best concerts I've ever been too! As a kid (around 10 years old) I saw them in San Francisco with my folks. I saw them just before Jerry passed away in Las Vegas (where me and a few buddies literally crawled under a fence to sneak in because the tickets were sold out and the scalpers were gone) and I saw them again at The Forum in LA, CA in 2005 ("The Other Ones"). When I saw them at the forum, in order to make penance for my previous shenanigans in Las Vegas, NV, I bought a ticket to give away and did so. I found a man holding a "Praying for a Miracle" sign walked up and handed him the ticket....

My Dad came home and became a cop here in Los Angeles and my Mom stayed the hippie course to this very day. It was a very interesting way to grow up. And the Grateful Dead was often the soundtrack of my youth....)
