Well of course. Serious issues need to be addressed at college campuses and definitely in the hyper masculine environment of the military. I don't know a single female I worked with (and my command was about 65% male/35% female) that wasn't at the minimum harrassed at least once a month. Holding ourselves to military professionalism standards is not enough when so many incidents go unreported.
