Great Britain is a nation steeped in tradition. It's a society that worked because its people shared a common heritage. Police constables didn't need guns because all but the most violent criminals knew the rules of the game and played by them. For those rare occasions when a violent criminal broke the rules, armed policemen were available on call. Well, the island nation is now being overrun by people who no only don't share that heritage, but also mock it. They don't respect either the heritage of English Common Law or the people who enforce it. And those who live by it are weak in their eyes, ripe for domination.
