PTSD: Therapy techniques rely on gradual steps to regain control

Currently Bill is working on his Book of a veteran struggling with PTSD called " THE MIRROR" his life story/poems. In 2011-12, Mr. Stephens was recognized for his hard work by the CFC and received the Central Pennsylvania Golden Star Leaders Award. In his spare time, Mr. Stephens volunteers as a CFC Campaign coordinator, assists with the Navy’s Pennsylvania Adult Special Olympics, and the installations Christmas Children Program for disadvantaged youth.
