All of these powerful military and political figures misbehave and think they won't get caught. They always get caught, 2LT (Join to see)!

The problem has always been that if an enlisted person did this, it would be courtmartial, game over, end of story, and if an officer did it, particularly a higher level officer, it was swept under the rug and they continued their career. If they did end up leaving it was with a huge pension. No justice in the military.

I don't know why people throw away their careers for something like this. I heard one of the provincial reconstruction teams the commander of the team was fired for sleeping with his interpreter. This is happened to it I think the firing of the 173rd airborne commander. The Army teaches us Ad nauseam about ethics fraternization substance abuse alcohol abuse yet we have people that piss hot and get kicked out of the military we have people from any rank who do the improper things. I don't know if alcohol is has to do with it I really wish I knew what the common denominator was among senior officers losing their careers over a female.

They lack the discipline to override their biology. It could also be a compulsion issue or a personal value set that is not in line with the Army Values. Age old issue though.
