Something needs to change ASAP. Women on the police force is fine but damn they need to start teaming the women up or something. I know the social thing is that they are equal but when it comes down to a punch fest not many women in these positions are winning. Do we need dead female police officers to understand this? Your thoughts ?

PO3 (Join to see) - I saw a video of a male cop who got laid out on a traffic stop. My point is, all cops are at risk.

As I stated earlier it's about them getting home at the end of a shift.
