House Intelligence Committee Leaders Say 'Aggressive' Russia Investigation Ongoing

Lots of dots but no connecting lines. They need to clam up and quit trying to gain political capital from doing their job. Unless they can shed their party label long enough to act professionally, we will never get this resolved in any factual manner. It's too important for them to be grandstanding and spilling the findings on a daily basis. We should all remain open-minded about the process but also cast a wary eye because there is so much at stake. There are a choice few that would like to turn this into their moment in the sun for their future, and that's just not the way it should be done. I remain cautiously optimistic that this will run its course and we can get back on track, whatever that outcome may be. I don't have much confidence in the House because of all the past actions on both sides. The Senate seems to be a bit more stoic and the Mueller effort report card remains to be seen. The duplicity of efforts makes little sense but it's likely because everyone wants a slice of it for political reasons. Several areas that were previously being looked at by DOJ are now being handed off to Mueller. Imagine the outcry and folly if all three inquiries arrive at different conclusions.
