It's all a Kumbaya agreement since there is no enforceability there Arno United Nations smog carbon tax CO2 inspectors you don't have P3 orions flying over China to measure compliance. India and I forget which other country gets an exemption from not having to cut back on coal. Send excuse for Canada to raise taxes on gasoline $0.24 a gallon and middle class people people like myself who work make too much money to get money back from the can government so it's not revenue-neutral. It just gives the United States and even bigger advantage. What about the billionaire t.boone Pickens investing is billions of dollars in new research and development to lower CO2 gases? We shouldn't have to be taxed for it when there's people like him who are investing in to clean technology of the future.

China has no requirements to comply with until around 2030 or so. Of course they are in it, they know the damage it would do to their economic competitors while they skate for another decade.

LTC Stephen B. - pretty ironic servus and say have stage 3 or 4 smog alerts all the time. You would think Governor Jerry Brown or Mario Cuomo or John Kerry would be bitching at the Chinese instead of crying about this Kumbaya grievant that President Trump said is a joke.

LTC (Join to see) - Jerry Brown, Mario Cuoma and John Kerry don't have a complete brain added up between the three of them. Those morons don't get it and perhaps never will.

I don't care what liberals in Europe think. The fact that liberals in this country care a great deal about what liberals in Europe think is not a compelling reason for me to give a crap.
