The Reason This South American Tribe Shrunk Their Enemies' Heads

Very interesting belief system. I always liked anthropology because it showed the diversity in each people's beliefs.

My Dad was stationed in the Panama Canal Zone in the mid to late 40’s. Being a young Signal Corp Private in the 33rd Infantry, he told me of doing some foolish things, like fishing with hand grenades from P.T. Boats that had been turned over to the Army. He also told me that he once bought a shrunken head from local natives. He wound up getting in a bit of trouble in his unit for that one.
