Since the law is absolutely clear that the president has the authority to restrict immigration, this should be an easy win in the SCOTUS. Even with a few old radicals still there.

the law makes it clear that he has the power to do so, the Constitution makes it perfectly clear that there are reasons to do so that make the action unlawful. The judges explained the difference, in fact your teachers should have explained that in about 7th grade.

I can't wait for SCOTUS to start handing down all the pro travel ban decisions as well as all the pro 2A rulings.

PO2 Robert Aitchison - where in the constitution does it say we have to let terrorists come and go at their will? Well just come because we know the only way they go is in pieces.

SPC (Join to see) - I don't remember the Constitution saying that anyone has the right to immigrate here at all, as a matter of fact.

CPT (Join to see) - It does not, but it does forbid the Government for taking actions of any kind based on certain motivations.

SPC (Join to see) - The cConstition says we can not discriminate on the basis of religion, trumps numerous rants on the subject over many months made it clear that that was his intention. In fact that obvious intent to religiously discriminate what makes it unlikely that the SC will overturn.
