You can't make this stuff up! The staff members in charge of supervising recovering addicts succumbed to their own addiction. Investigators found used needles and heroin bags near their bodies

Sad... the addiction demons are tough to fight, regardless of where you are and what you do.

The question in my mind is how well do they screen their employees at this facility?
