GySgt John Olson - I saw nothing about his being in the PRP, and if that is what the evaluation was intended to discover, I would agree. I don't have a stethoscope around my neck, but since the mental health experts are supposed to be able to diagnose and treat those with a wide scope of problems, perhaps there are some indicators of this persons lack of devotion to duty and greed.

GySgt John Olson - I would agree if we are relying on theft, specifically. But, normally if one has a tendency toward illegal activities, a good mental expert would root it out. Having been a crew member on Fleet Ballistic Missile submarine and in a highly sensative position for most of my career, I am vaguely familiar with the PRP program. Just to be sure mental stability is checked for in the analysis.
