The only way we will deter suicide bombers is by finding and killing their families. Make them suffer horrible deaths to pay for their terrorist's actions.

MSgt Robert C Aldi - what I am trying to say is the intention of the penal system is to deter crime. That does not work with sucked bombers for obvious reasons. So the only way to punish the bomber is to punish their family for their crime. I bet a lot less people would be willing to blow themselves up if they know their families are going to pay for their crimes.
