Navy Needs Up to 40,000 More Sailors to Staff 350-Ship Fleet

The Navy currently has 26 Programs and 16,000 sailors Assigned to Shore Duty. That doesn't count the Temporary shore billets..Might be a good start to identify those 26 programs that could turn into 90 day TDY's...The only other course is to increase Sea Pay....The Draft will never happen again in the USA...
