Exclusive: Washington Post Paid to Run #FakeNews by Clinton CGI Donor American Lens

All the anonymous sources and innuendo in the story reminded me of the Washington Post article on Trump releasing classified information "to the Russian's". That's why I posted it.

It could go either way. However, it highlights the problem posed by publishing anonymous sources and innuendo as fact.

Very true. When it comes to unknown sites like American Lens, I just had to go to their "About us" page. You can learn just enough to give you an idea.

Gotta watch both slants and then come to your own realistic (hopefully objective) viewpoint.

Sadly most people have already made up their minds and turn to the "news" that only tells them what they want to hear and reinforces their predetermined belief. No one is willing to learn or discover anything because they have to risk admitting to themselves they might be wrong. People who hate themselves have the hardest time doing this, and consequently are the easiest to trick into to hating others and blaming them for the way their life turned out. The more hypocritical and stupid they look the more they just bury it down deep inside, hate themselves even more, and become even more resentful of their fellow countrymen.

Ripe for the picking and vulnerable to fake news because it's what they hope is true and makes it easier not to have to look in the mirror.
