I wonder if POTUS asked for any case to get expedited would that be wrong. Why would he not want to have the case speeded up? As a G-2, I often had people coming in asking for their security clearance investigation giving a higher priority and done quicker so they could get a good job. I have speeded some cases up. (I hope the press does not get that...since I did it often for people that were in a position for a new assignment that was a priority fill.) Should I tell the press all those names? Some were loud and brought lots of leaders. ////Do not worry, those who bothered me...I forgot most everyone's name.

The president is the chief of the executive branch, and every member of the executive branch is his subordinate. He could order the FBI director to drop an investigation if he wanted to do so. If he merely suggested such (and I'm not saying he did, but if he did) he did nothing out of the bounds of his authority. And most certainly not a crime or an impeachable offense as you see in some of the more insane comments on here.

A minor correction Comey is not 'leaking": He is publicly stating that a felony and an impeachable offense was committed.

Actually, seems like he took gov records to his house. (Violate the National Archives act same as HRC.) How did he get his hands on gov files after he is not working for the gov? Why did he not say anything back in FEB after the meeting? And, I want to see the his files on the Benghazi meetings.

SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint - If he took memos, or rather copies of memos, to his house he did not violate that law. If he had copies in his house as is allowed thenm he had access to those documents.
