What did he confirm? What information specifically was released? Who's the source? What country's classified was compromised? Are they complaining? Fact is, none of you know jack. WAPO did a piss poor job on this one (unless the only goal was to increase clicks on links by generating sensationalism).

I believe I'll go with the statements of those that were there, rather than a leaker and a noted anti-Trump rag. If one of our allies believe this and take action, it works both ways.

What revelations are you concluding from this?

MAJ Bryan Zeski - Wow! Trump said he's collaborating with Russia to mitigate airline threats and defeat ISIS. I've been calling for that since before Trump (defeat ISIS) and Obama refused to take the steps to get it done. How about we allow him to do it rather than post articles which have no named source, no one complaining about what he did (except for those who believe the WAPO), and a well respected General claiming it did not happen.

I want to see the article where they arrest the person leaking information from classified meetings with the intention of trying to discredit the President of the United States.

Much better to tell Putin, he can do mate after reelection and pulling missile defense systems out of Poland. And then there was the plan to contain and destroy ISIS, since when it has metastasized around the globe. Our former president has far more to answer for than our current one.

Maj Kevin "Mac" McLaughlin - So, the only way we're ever going to hear about the President mishandling classified information is by arresting the whistleblower that discloses that event. That's the kind of open and transparent government we deserve.

So, essentially, the President can do whatever he wants - say whatever he wants -, behind closed doors, with Russia and whoever else and there are no checks or balances to that. That makes sense. Is that really the type of executive power we want?

Russia is not to be trusted. With nothing. I cant believe our President is falling for this. Russia is not our friend or ally.
