PO3 Steven Sherrill I have been getting acquainted with the U.S. Government contracting processes over the last three years. I can tell you that this is not unprecedented. Its not so mush a law suit as a protest of award. The problem is that there is absolutely no penalty for protesting a contract award.

MSgt Stephen Council I would say the opposite is true. We tested, we liked, we awarded, and next week it will be deployed to soldiers. That would be unprecedented.
