Capt Gregory Prickett That is wise advise. I personally would always get behind someone or look away so I was not fully pictured. Especially when I was in Iraq training up their Provincial Police Force. Didn't need my pretty face being on a wanted poster like my boss's was.

I took the time to watch it. Personally, I think the photographer is an asshole. I detest baiters. In this case, whoever interacted with the photographer (I don't know that he was a federal cop) didn't do anything that leads me to believe he didn't understand the laws regarding privacy. He didn't do anything to the photographer. He offered help ... that the smart-ass photographer rejected by making a stupid request (water or Gatorade). He then returned to his car and drove away.

Once upon a time you had to purchase film and pay to have it processed. That placed a natural limitation on screwballs who wanted to stand around filming signs. Obviously one couldn't afford all that if all they did was hang around a fence all day filming a sign. I don't know for sure, but I bet it doesn't pay all that well. And, movies are supposed to move, aren't they? All I can say from this is that I have memorized the street address of the Border Patrol Training & Recruitment Office. Other than that, the scenes are without artistic merit and the plot of this film is really, really thin. Also, what the hell is a Civil Rights Auditor? I suppose I could qualify if all that is needed is the time and talent to photograph signs. Am I trying to make fun of this man's life's work? Of course not. He's already doing that without my help. I'm merely a US Observer of the Ironic.

Most of these guys have an IQ only slightly above room temp, but there are some who know what they are doing. They are baiting the cops, hoping for a payday from a lawsuit.

But every once in a while, they make a good point.
