CONgress screws everyone possible.
Until they are forced to live on the compensation of welfare, and get their healthcare from the Medicaid benefits in their home states, and given term limits, nothing would change. The rub of course is that CONgress makes the laws, so they will never legislate things that would take away their cushy stuffz
